The Trainee Development Programmes aim to prepare participants for future positions required by the mine’s operations. Successful candidates will undergo structured training designed to provide practical exposure and on-the-job experience in a mining environment.

Responsibilities

• Undergo structured training and practical exposure to mining operational roles
• Demonstrate competency during a maximum 90-day training period
• Potential transition into operational roles depending on performance and vacancy availability

Qualifications

• Grade 12 (Matric) or equivalent qualification
• Successful completion of a Dover test for operator suitability
• Up to 2 years of relevant work experience (Advantageous)
